Long before a child is born, their energy can be felt.

My work with empathic and highly sensitive children began through my studies with Walter Makichen, author of Spirit Babies, and my training at the Academy of Intuition Medicine®. Through spirit baby communication and energy medicine, I began to understand something profound:

Many children coming into the world today are highly sensitive, intuitive, and energetically aware – and this trend will only increase.

Supporting these children — whether before conception, during pregnancy, or after birth — is deeply connected to my fertility work.

Highly Sensitive Children & Conscious Conception

Some children communicate energetically with their parents before conception. Others begin expressing sensitivity early in childhood.

I work with children of all ages through gentle, age-appropriate energy medicine and spirit-to-spirit communication.

My goal is always to meet each child where they are developmentally and energetically.

Core skills we focus on include:

1. Grounding

Highly sensitive children often feel ungrounded. Grounding techniques help them feel more stable, calm, and present in their bodies.

2. Personal Boundaries

Empathic children may absorb other people’s emotions. Learning energetic boundaries helps them differentiate what is theirs versus what belongs to someone else.

3. Feeling at Home in Their Body

Some sensitive children feel overwhelmed by physical sensations or big emotions. Gentle chakra-based practices can help them feel safer in their body.

4. Feeling Safe in the World

Safety is foundational — both emotionally and energetically. When children feel safe, they thrive.
